About

A small team that only does Drupal

We do not build apps, run marketing campaigns or take on WordPress sites. We move Drupal websites onto supported versions and keep them there.

How we work

Every project starts with a free initial review and then, if it makes sense, a paid five-day assessment, because we have seen too many migrations quoted from a screenshot. Five days of reading the code, the database and the analytics produces a number we can stand behind and a plan you can question.

We keep the team deliberately small. There is no account manager between you and the engineer, and there is no junior learning on your site. That limits how many projects we take on at once, which is the point.

Everything we build is handed over: the repository, the infrastructure, the runbook. If you decide to move on after launch, the next team should be able to pick up where we left off without calling us.

What we hold ourselves to

  • Say the number first

Price and timeline are written down before any work starts. Surprises are for birthdays.

  • Boring is the goal

A good migration is one nobody has to think about afterwards. The site loads, the URLs work, the editors carry on.

  • Own the whole problem

If infrastructure, code and support are all looked after by us, there is nobody else to blame. We like it that way.

  • Leave it better documented

Every project ends with a runbook the next person can follow, whether that person is us or not.

Based in the EU

We are established in the European Union and host in EU regions by default. Data processing agreements under the GDPR are part of every contract, not an add-on.

Want to know if your site is a fit?

Send us the URL. We will tell you honestly whether a migration makes sense and what an assessment would cost. The review is free and commits you to nothing.
