Drupal migration specialists
Move your Drupal site onto stable ground
We move websites off Drupal 7, 8, 9 and 10 onto Drupal 11, then host and look after them. One team from the first audit to years after launch, with a fixed price you know before work starts.
- Senior engineers only
- Fixed price, agreed up front
- Based in the EU
Where your site stands
Drupal 7
Security fixes ended 5 January 2025
Drupal 8 and 9
Unsupported since 2021 and 2023
Drupal 10
Support ends December 2026
Drupal 11
Current release, supported
What moves with you: content, users, files and every valuable public URL, preserved or redirected. SEO signals are protected through URL mapping, redirects and post-launch monitoring.
Sound familiar?
Nobody is stuck on Drupal. They are stuck on what it now costs to keep running.
Every small change is quoted like a rewrite
Estimates balloon because nobody wants to touch code written for a version that no longer receives patches.
The hosting renewal went up again
Traffic grew, the invoice grew faster, and page speed did not follow. You pay enterprise rates for a site that needs a fraction of that.
Nobody dares to run updates
The last module update broke something, so updates stopped. Security advisories now arrive faster than anyone reads them.
Three vendors and no owner
Hosting, development and support sit with different companies. When something breaks, the first hour goes to deciding whose problem it is.
Two dates worth knowing. Drupal 7 stopped receiving security fixes on 5 January 2025. Drupal 10 support ends in December 2026.

How a migration runs
Four stages, each with something you can hold in your hand
You never wait weeks to see progress. Every stage ends with a written deliverable and a decision that is yours to make.
Step 1: Assess
5 working days
After a free initial review, a paid five-day assessment audits the site, contributed and custom modules, integrations and content, and returns a written report with a fixed price for the move. The fee is deducted from the migration if you go ahead.
Step 2: Plan
1 to 2 weeks
Together we decide what moves as is, what gets restructured and what is retired. You get a migration map and a launch date.
Step 3: Move
4 to 12 weeks
We build on Drupal 11 and run the content migration repeatedly until it is boring. Every valuable public URL is preserved or redirected. You review on a staging site.
Step 4: Settle
30 days included
Launch, then a month of monitoring and fixes at no extra cost. After that, hosting and support if you want them, on a monthly basis.

Why a specialist
What you get from a small team that only does Drupal
- 1
The engineer who scopes it builds it
No hand-off from a sales team to a delivery team. The person who audited your site is the person you talk to until launch.
- 2
A written status every week
One page, every Friday: what was done, what is next, what needs a decision from you. No meetings you do not need.
- 3
Price agreed before the work, not after
A free initial review tells you whether a migration makes sense. A paid five-day assessment then fixes the migration price, and its fee is deducted from the project. If scope changes later, the change is priced and approved before it is built.

Nothing to be locked into
The repository, the documentation and the infrastructure account itself are yours from the first day. We run infrastructure that you own rather than renting you space on ours, so leaving us should be as easy as joining.

Questions we get asked
Before you write to us
How much does a Drupal migration cost?
In two steps. First, a free initial review: send us the URL and within one working day we tell you whether a migration makes sense and what an assessment would cost. Second, a paid five-day technical assessment at a fixed fee, quoted in that reply, which produces a written scope and one fixed price for the migration. The fee is deducted from the migration if you go ahead. The migration price is driven by custom modules, integrations and content that needs restructuring, not by the number of pages.
What is the difference between the free review and the assessment?
The free review is a short reply based on the public site and what you tell us: whether a migration or upgrade makes sense, which service fits, and a quote for the assessment. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing. The assessment is five working days of paid engineering time reading the code, the database and the analytics. It ends in a written scope, a launch date and a fixed price, and you keep the document whether or not you continue with us.
Will the site be down during the migration?
No. The new site is built next to the old one and content is migrated in repeated dry runs. The switch is a carefully planned low- or zero-downtime cutover at DNS level, scheduled outside your busiest hours. DNS changes reach different networks at different speeds, so both sites serve identical content during the overlap.
What happens to our URLs and search visibility?
Every valuable public URL is preserved or redirected one to one. Before launch we check the redirect map against your analytics and Search Console data so the pages that earn traffic are verified first. Nobody can guarantee rankings, so we protect the SEO signals instead: URL mapping, redirects and monitoring for thirty days after launch.
How long does it take?
An upgrade from Drupal 9 or 10 to 11 typically takes two to six weeks. A Drupal 7 migration takes one to three months, depending on custom code and how much content gets restructured.
Do we have to change hosting as well?
No. We deploy to your current host if it runs a supported PHP version. Many clients ask us to review their hosting for cost and performance afterwards, but that is a separate decision and never a condition.
Can you keep our Drupal 7 site safe while we decide?
Yes. Extended support covers security patching, monitoring and backups for a fixed monthly fee with no minimum term, so you migrate on your schedule rather than in a hurry.
